哈囉大家好，有一陣子沒有做關於英文的主題了，剛好最近在學商用英文，於是決定一次分享5個學到的重要單字或是片語，整理出來後分享給大家，一起學好英文吧!

Draw up 制定合約、編制

Legal department is the department where they draw up contracts.

法律部門是簽訂合約的部門。

Hierarchy等級制度、階層

He rose quickly through the political hierarchy to become party leader.他的政治地位迅速提昇，成了該黨領袖。

In the past ,many cultures have hierarchy ,but it’s banned now.

在過去，很多文化都有階級制度，但現在被禁止了。

Shareholder 股東

He is the biggest shareholder in the company.

他是這間公司最大的股東。

Seniority 資歷，長輩

In the future, promotion will be based on merit not seniority.以後晉升要看業績而非資歷。

Andy is a wise and respectable seniority.

Andy是一位有智慧而且受人尊敬的長輩。

Keen 熱情的，急切的

Anna is a very keen and humorous person.安娜是一個非常熱情和有幽默感的人。
